Vinyl flooring prices are generally similar in cost to most hybrid options, however laminate is a consistently less expensive option than both.

Vinyl flooring has similar properties to Hybrid such as being waterproof, high scratch resistance and durability while offering the ability to easily change individual planks without removing adjacent ones. • Vinyl Roll or Vinyl Planks: Vinyl Roll is generally less costly to install than Vinyl Planks, due to its reduced thickness and versatility.
  • Labor costs: The cost of installation can vary depending on the complexity of the project and the experience of the installer.
  • Installation Material costs: There may be additional installation costs involved, such as material to level the subfloor or the cost of vinyl glue.
  • Generally, the installation cost for Vinyl Rolls and Tiles range from 25$ to 35$, however this could be higher or lower depending on your situation. It is best to contact us if you want an accurate installation estimate for your project.

For the most quality out of your Vinyl flooring over a long period of time, you should clean your floors to maintain no stains or dirt build up. This can be done by vacuuming and brushing high traffic areas every day, and also wiping the floor every week with a damp mop or moist cloth. Vinyl flooring is scratch and stain resistant inherently, so you can look forward to easy maintenance.
